Latus process board — the problem: a photograph of stacked laundromat washers and dryers beside notes explaining that shorter users struggle to reach the top dryer, and a brief to design a stable platform for safely accessing dried clothing.

Latus process board — market research: a comparison table of existing step stools including the IKEA Bekvam, Hyper Tough 2-step and Anvil folding stool, listing photo, price and features for each.
